The restored artisan pizzeria in Strömfors Ruuk Alapajaja offers a combination of taste and cultural history. At the heart of it all are quality ingredients and traditional cooking methods that guarantee an unforgettable dining experience. The former oven of the Shoemaker's shop is replaced by the soft glow of the Italian Valoriani oven, where pizzas are cooked in just a few minutes. 

Claudio Pierro and Severino Salzano are the two chefs who bring the heart of Neapolitan gastronomy to the heart of the pot.
