Would you like to release your emotions through art?

We paint on large paper, listening to our feelings. The colours we use are gouache colours, so we can paint with our fingers or with a brush. The aim is to express ourselves spontaneously and freely. To begin with, we do emotional movement or listening to our emotions to get in touch with our body and our feelings. This creative moment takes place in a safe group where everyone can be themselves and share their feelings without fear or judgement.

You don't need previous painting experience. The group will take place if there are at least 6 participants. The maximum group size is 10 painters. We reserve the right to cancel events if there are not enough participants.
